ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) E-Learning
ACT e-Learning is a free, government-developed online training course designed to raise counter-terrorism awareness across UK businesses and organisations. Created by the National Counter Terrorism Security Office, it covers identifying suspicious behaviour, responding to threats, and protecting public spaces.
Completion of both ACT modules is mandatory before attending any Jovin Security course.

Step-by-step guide
Follow these steps to complete your ACT e-learning and send your certificates to Jovin Security.
Visit the ProtectUK website
Click the link to open the Protect UK website: www.protect.police.uk
Register and sign in
Create a new account on the ProtectUK website, then sign in with your credentials.
Navigate to E-Learning
From the top menu, select Learning → E-Learning to access the available modules.
Download your certificates
After finishing each module, click your profile icon (top right) and choose Certificates Received. Download both certificates.
Complete both modules
You must complete both of the following modules — see the module descriptions below.
Email certificates to Jovin Security
Email both completed certificates to jovinstltd@gmail.com before your course start date.
